Standard Processing Time:

Orders received before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. In some cases, dispatch may take up to 2 working days. Please note that this timeframe does not apply to pre-booking kits, which are dispatched according to their announced release schedule

Peak Season & Tournament Delays (e.g., World Cup, Major Leagues):

During high-demand global sports tournaments and peak jersey seasons, our order processing times may temporarily extend up to 7 business days due to massive order volumes and carrier backlogs.

Because we operate on a prepaid basis to secure your items, your processing window begins the day payment is successfully confirmed. A clear, live estimate of your delivery time period from the day of dispatch is displayed exclusively on the checkout page before you finalize your payment.

 

Pre-Booking Kits (Shipping)

Pre-order items are not kept in ready stock and are produced or sourced after an order is placed. Such orders will be dispatched within 3 weeks (21 days) from the order date unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery timelines provided by shipping carriers begin after dispatch
