Returns


We do not accept returns unless the product delivered is either damaged or incorrect (wrong item sent). In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 360 degree opening video and the mistake should be visible in the video itself (with no cuts).the opening video must be shot before opening the product .


  • First‑time shipping is *free*.

  • - If a jersey is returned, a replacement will be sent once, but the customer must pay the return and outward shipping charges.

 

Refunds


Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions only:

  • The item is out of stock.

  • The order was placed, but we did not ship the product.

There wont be an exchange for the size u selected. so we suggest you to buy a size bigger than what u normally buy for the best fit

 

Re-Delivery / Re-Shipping Policy

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer not answering calls, providing an incorrect address, or being unavailable to receive the package, the shipment will be returned to us.
In such cases, customers must pay the re-shipping charges to have the order sent again.
Re-shipping will be processed only after the additional shipping fee is paid.

No Refund Policy

 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or refusal to accept the parcel. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and being available during delivery.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

 

If the courier marks the order as “address not found,” “customer unreachable,” or “delivery attempted,” it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with us for re-shipping.
Re-shipping fee must be paid within 7 days; otherwise the order will remain on hold.

 

 

Pre-Ordered & Pre-Booked Products

 

Please note that all pre-booked and pre-ordered products are manufactured/secured specifically based on your booking. Because these items are custom-allocated, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any pre-booked items once the order is placed. By completing your pre-booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refund Timeline

Refund Initiation

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

Bank Credit Time

After processing, the refunded amount is usually credited to your bank account within 2–3 business days.

Additional Delays

Please note that some banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
